Placuszki ryżowo jabłkowe

Ingredients:

1 szkl ugotowanego na sypko ryżu

3 średnie jajka

2 większe jabłka

1 banan (lub dodatkowe jabłko)

5 łyżek mleka

1 mały jogurt naturalny (180g)

szczypta soli

5 łyżek cukru (ilość do smaku)

ok. 150g mąki pszennej

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Co zrobić z dodatkową porcją ryżu z obiadu? Przede wszystkim nie wyrzucać! Placuszki ryżowe są niezwykle smaczne z dżemem lub sosem z czarnej porzeczki. Ich przygotowanie nie wymaga specjalnych umiejętności - są gotowe w 15 minut od momentu wejścia do kuchni i sięgnięcia po łyżkę do mieszania składników.

Jabłka obierz, zetrzyj na tarce o dużych oczkach. Banana pokrój w kostkę. Zimny sypki ryż połącz dokładnie z pozostałymi składnikami (nie używaj miksera). Możesz osobno ubić pianę z białek i delikatnie wymieszaj ją na końcu z masą (placuszki będą bardziej puszyste), ale nie jest to konieczne.

Na patelni rozgrzej niewielką ilość oleju. Nakładaj po łyżce masy, smaż placuszki z obu stron na rumiano na średnim ogniu. Gotowe osączaj na papierowym ręczniku. Podaj z dżemem lub sosem z czarnej porzeczki.
