Pomidory z mozzarellą i bazylią

Ingredients:

2 duże pomidory
1-2 serki mozzarella
2-3 ząbki czosnku
2 łyżeczki suszonej bazyli
3 łyżki oliwy lub oleju
sól

Prepare instructions:

Mozzarellę pokroić w plastry o grubości ok. 0,5 cm i ułożyć na płaskim talerzu.
Pomidory umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w plastry i położyć na plasterkach sera. Lekko posolić.
Czosnek obrać i pokroić w drobną kosteczkę.

Na małej patelni rozgrzać oliwę. Wrzucić bazylię i pokrojony czosnek. Całość podsmażać przez ok. 1-2 minuty cały czas mieszając. Należy uważać żeby czosnek się nie przypalił, gdyż wówczas będzie gorzki w smaku.

Polać pomidory przygotowaną oliwą z czosnkiem i bazylią. Wierzch posypać świeżymi listkami bazylii.

Pomidory + mozzarella = super smak. Nie podgrzewam oliwki, z zimna też jest super. Dodaję jeszcze pieprz.

Polecam - smakowita przystawka.

Cieszę się, że smakowało Ja na oliwie delikatnie podsmażam czosnek bo wtedy staje się chrupiący. Moja rodzinka tak właśnie lubi :) Pozdrawiam
