Prawdziwy smażony ser!

Ingredients:

Ser żółty - gouda lub edamski

2 jajka

olej

bułka tarta

sól, pieprz,

czerwona papryka w proszku

Prepare instructions:

Ser jest pyszny, idealny z frytkami i sosem czosnkowym.

Ser kroimy na dwie równe połowy. Jajka roztrzepujemy, dodajemy pieprz , sól i paprykę w proszku. Sekret tkwi właśnie w dobrze przyrządzonym jajku z przyprawami.

Kawałki sera maczamy w jajku i obsypujemy z każdej strony bułką tartą.

czynność panierowania bułką tartą powtórzyć trzykrotnie, ponieważ ser wtedy na pewno nam się nie "rozleje" Z kawałkiem sera obchodzić się z delikatnością, tak aby nałożona już panierka nie odczepiła się!

W międzyczasie rozgrzewamy w małym garnku olej. Czekamy, aż się mocno nagrzeje.

Zmniejszamy płomień. Smażymy ser w oleju pilnując by się nie przypalił. Gdy bułka się zarumieni, przewracamy na drugą stronę. Wykładamy na papierowy ręcznik i odsączamy. Podajemy z frytkami i sosem tatarskim bądź czosnkowym.

A ja myślałam ,że to będzie taki prawdziwy babciny przepis ze zgliwiałego wiejskiego twarogu ..A to wersja ser żółty po obróbce , nie mniej nic nie ujmuję recepturce .
