Sałatką z fetą czerwoną fasolką i sosem czosnkowym

Ingredients:

Tak naprawdę to składników potrzebujemy tyle, ile chcemy zrobić sałatki:)
Ja zazwyczaj robię z:
ok. 1/2 główki sałaty lodowej
1-2 pomidory (lub pół opakowania koktajlowych)
jeden duży, świeży ogórek
pół opakowania seru typu FETA
puszka czerwonej fasoli
1 czerwona cebula
papryka (czasami dodaję, ale niekoniecznie)
100 ml jogurtu naturalnego
1-2 łyżki stołowe majonezu
zioła prowansalskie
1 ząbek czosnku (większy)
zółty ser (ewentualnie ale niekoniecznie, zwiększa kaloryczność;))

Prepare instructions:

Sałatę rwiemy, przepłukujemy na sicie i odsączamy. W tym czasie kroimy pomidory w kostkę, a obranego ogórka w "pół"- bądź "ćwierć plasterki". Czerwoną kukurydzę odsączamy z zalewy. Fetę kroimy w kostkę, tak samo jak cebulę.
Przygotowanie sosu:
- w szklance dobrze mieszamy jogurt z majonezem. Dodajemy zioła prowansalskie(sporo) i wciskamy ząbek czosnku. Możemy dodać do sosu odrobinę startego drobno żółtego sera.

Wszystkie składniki oprócz sosu mieszamy. Sosem możemy sałatkę polać przed podaniem, dla uzyskania ładniejszej formy podania, lub również pomieszać z innymi składnikami w misce:)

Robię bardzo podobną. Tylko zamiast sosu składniki sałatki polewam octem balsamicznym i posypuję tylko pieprzem. To taka dietetyczna wersja dla osób wiecznie się odchudzających. Polecam!!!
