Sos tatarski staropolski

Ingredients:

Składniki:
300 g majonezu dobrej jakości (najlepiej zrobić samemu)
3-4 czubate łyżki gęstej śmietany (ew. gęstego jogurtu naturalnego)
1 czubata łyżka tartego chrzanu
1 mała łyżeczka gładkiej musztardy np. stołowej
kilka grzybków marynowanych (prawdziwki, maślaki, podgrzybki)
2 nieduże ogórki konserwowe
1 łyżka posiekanego koperku
do smaku: sól, pieprz biały mielony, ew. odrobina cukru

Prepare instructions:

nie wyobrażam sobie Świąt bez sosu tatarskiego, jest wspaniałym dodatkiem do ryb smażonych, pieczonych a także do mięs i wędlin.

Grzybki i ogórki pokroić w drobniutką kostkę. Majonez wymieszać ze śmietaną, chrzanem i musztardą. Dodać grzybki, ogórki i koperek. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem, dokładnie wymieszać. Odstawić pod szczelnym przykryciem na kilka-kilkanaście godzin do lodówki aby smaki się przegryzły. Podawać do ryb pieczonych, smażonych, mięs, wędlin, jaj na twardo i kanapek...Taki sos można przechowywać w słoiku, w lodówce przez kilka-kilkanaście dni.
