Składniki(18 trufli) :

-paczka ciastek oreo 176g(16 ciastek)

-serek philadelphia około 90 g

-100g białej czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przyrządzenia :ciastka oddzielić od nadzienia .Krążki ciastek zmiksować w malakserze lub przełożyć do woreczka na mrożonki i stłuc(rozgnieść ) wałkiem do ciasta (łyżeczkę pokruszonych ciastek odłożyć do dekoracji).Pokruszone ciastka oreo pomięszać z serkiem philadelphia .

Masę włożyć na 30 minut do lodówki .Wyjąć schłodzoną masę .Utoczyć kulki wielkości orzecha włoskiego .

Białą czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej .Kulki z masy oblać czekoladą

.Można zostawić łyżeczkę pokruszonych ciastek do posypania trufli

.Tak przygotowane trufle wstawić do lodówki na około 1 godz.Smacznego!

PYCHA! Nie zrobiłam zdjęcia , bo nie wyszły mi takie ładne. To chyba wina czekolady , bo kupiłam najtańszą i nie chciała się za bardzo rozpuścić , wyszła mi dość gęsta . Ale nie szkodzi , ciasteczka zeszły w trzy sekundy , dobrze , że sama zdążyłam złapać! Wrócę na pewno nie raz do tego przepisu .
