Ingredients:

2 op. galaretki wiśniowej
1 op. budyniu waniliowego
2 szkl. kompotu z wiśni
2 jajka
1/2 szkl. cukru
1,5 kostki masła
wiśnie z kompotu (bez pestek)

oraz biszkopt

Prepare instructions:

1. 1 op. galaretki rozpuścić w 1 szkl. gorącego kompotu
2. Budyń rozmieszać z drugą szklanką kompotu (zimnego)
3. Galaretkę w kompocie zagotować i do gotującej wlać budyń, dokładnie wymieszać, ponownie zagotować. Ostudzić.
4. Masło utrzeć z cukrem na puszysty krem, dodając po 1 żółtku.
5. Dodawać stopniowo masę galaretkowo-budyniową.
6. Z białek ubić pianę i dodać do masy. Delikatnie wymieszać.
7. Do kremu dodać wiśnie z kompotu.
8. Wyłożyć na biszkopt.

9. Zalać galaretką.

aloalo a ile tego masełka - uwielbiam wisienki i chętnie bym to zrobiła tylko błagam powiedz ile.....

bardzo dziękuje za zwrócenie uwagi na masło! Juz poprawiłam przepis. Dwa razy napisałam cukier a to ma być 1,5 kostki masła! Życzę smacznego!
