Zupa ziemniaczana deilkatna

Ingredients:

500 g ziemniaków
pęczek włoszczyzny
1 cebula
30 g margaryny
1,25 l bulionu z kostki
1 liść laurowy
125 g serka topionego
100 g boczku
pęczek zielonej pietruszki
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrac i umyć. Włoszczyznę oczyścić i dokładnie umyć. Cebulę obrać. Wszystkie warzywa pokroić w dorobną kostkę.
Warzywa poddusić w dużym garnku na roztopionej margarynie. Wlać bulion, dodać liść laurowy i całość gotować ok. 30 min. Z zupy wyjąć 5 łyżek ugotowanych warzyw i odłożyć. Resztę zupy zmiksować. Dodać serek topiony i mieszać, aż się rozpuści. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Włożyć 5 łyżek odłożonych wcześniej warzyw. Boczek pokroić w dość szerokie paski, zrumienić na chrupiąco, a następnie dodać do zupy. Udekorować pokrojoną pietruszką.

Zupkę robiłam wczoraj na obiadek. Wyszła super...i nawet dzieci ją nie pogardziły...Dzięki za przepis
