Ingredients:

50dag sera
3/4szklanki kaszy manny
3 jajka
1 lyzka masla lub margaryny
3-4 lyzek maki
sol
maslo do polania,
bulka tarta

Prepare instructions:

Miekki tluszcz rozetrzec z zoltkami(zmiksowac).
Ser zmielic,dodawac stopniowo zoltka z tluszczem,ucierac,az powstanie jednolita masa.Wsypac manne,wymieszac,odstawic na godzine,aby kasza napeczniala.
Ubic piane z bialek.
Do masy twarogowej dodac make,dokladnie wymieszac,doprawic do smaku,na koncu wymieszac z ubita piana.
Formowac male knedelki,gotowac partiami we wrzacej osolonej wodzie,ale na niezbyt silnym ogniu.
Po odsaczeniu polac maslem lub maslem zrumienionym z bulka tarta,ew.posypac cukrem.

Oczywiscie mozna utrzec wszystko w malakserze,nastepnie dodac piane.

Knedle z kaszą manną i twarogiem są wyśmienite. Delikatne i aksamitne.Użyłam manny o smaku waniliowym,a mąkę dałam ziemniaczaną. Środek knedli i wierzch wzbogaciłam truskawkami.Bardzo polecam.

W ten sposób moja mama robiła kopytka z sera,zwykle na słodko,polane masłem i posypane cukrem.Ale z braku czasu,bo ciągle w biegu, robiła w wersji ekspresowej,zagniatając wszystko na stolnicy,bez ubijania piany.Spróbuję tej wersji.
