Mini bułeczki z cebulą i parmezanem

Ingredients:

Czas przygotowania : ok 25 minut . Czas pieczenia : 12 minut
30g masła ,
1 mała cebula drobno-posiekana ,
2 kubki ( 250 g ) przesianej mąki z proszkiem do pieczenia (4 łyżeczki ) ,
szczypta soli ,
1/2 kubka (50g) cienko skrojonego parmezanu ,
1/2 kubka mleka ,
1/2 kubka wody ,
pieprz cayenne -do posypania .

Prepare instructions:

1.Rozgrzać piekarnik do 210 stopni. Posmarować blachę stopionym masłem lub oliwą . W garnuszku stopić masło ; włożyć cebulę i smażyć na małym ogniu 2-3 minuty , aż będzie miękka ; lekko ostudzić .
2. W misce wymieszać mąke , sól i parmezan . Zrobić dołek ; dodać cebulę i prawie całe mleko z woda . Wymieszać szybko szerokim nożem , jeśli trzeba dodać płynu .
3. Szybko wyrobić cisto na lekko omączonej stolnicy i rozpłaszczyć do grubości 2 cm .Wykroić kółka foremką o średnicy 3 cm .Ułożyć bułeczki na przygotowanej blasze i każdą lekko posypać pieprzem cayenne. Piec 10-12 minut na złotobrązowo. UWAGA: wyrabiać ciasto na bułeczki szybkimi ruchami , bo wyrabiane zbyt długo będzie twarde

( Bułeczki są pyszne przegryzane czerwonym barszczem )
