Ingredients:

pół szklanki miodu

1szklanka cukru

2paczki przypraw do pierników

1 kostka margaryny

2łyżki kakao

1kubek gęstej śmietany18% ( 200ml)

3szklanki mąki

1łyżeczka sody

1łyżeczka proszku

3jaja

można dodać olejku według upodobań

słoik powideł Polewa:gorzka czekolada,łyżka masła,2 łyżki mleka

podgrzewam do rozpuszczenia i smaruję piernik.

Prepare instructions:

Do garnka wkładamy:miód,cukier,margarynę,przyprawy podgrzewamy do rozpuszczenia się składników,pod koniec dodajemy kakao i dokładnie mieszamy i studzimy.

Do przestudzonej masy dodajemy mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem i sodą na przemian ze śmietaną i jajami,można dodać orzechy i olejek rumowy.

Piec 1godzinę na 180 stopni sprawdzić patyczkiem czy jest suchy,jeśli macie termoobieg w piekarniku to zalecam pod koniec pieczenia włączyć na kilka minut i sprawdzić ponownie patyczkiem.Po przestudzeniu przełożyć powidłami polać polewą czekoladową posypać orzechami.

POLECAM JEST WILGOTNY I DŁUGO SIĘ PRZECHOWUJE najlepszy jest na drugi dzień.
