Piersi kurczaka nadziewane mozzarellą, pesto i pomidorem

Ingredients:

- piersi z kurczaka
- pesto zielone
- mozzarella
- pomidor

- płatki kukurydziane (na panierkę - lekko je rozgniatamy na drobniejsze)
- jajko

- wykałaczki

Prepare instructions:

Tym razem przepis który jest łatwy ale dzięki niemu można stworzyć przepyszne danie

Piersi kurczaka kroimy tak żeby powstała kieszonka, możemy też przekroić na pół lekko rozbić i później pospinać wykałaczkami.

Smarujemy środek kieszonki dość grubo pesto, wkładamy plasterek pomidora i plasterek mozzarelli i wykałaczką "zszywamy" żeby nie wyleciała zawartość.

Obtaczamy we wcześniej roztrzepanym jajku i płatkach.

Kładziemy na wcześniej rozgrzany tłuszcz na patelni/mały ogień/przykrywamy i jak się nam zrumieni jedna strona przewracamy na drugą.

Podajemy na ciepło z dodatkiem musztardy - np. meksykańska w kuleczkach - super się prezentuje.

Lub na zimno pokrojone w plasterki.
