Pyszna i bardzo łatwa zupa pieczarkowa

Ingredients:

pół kg pieczarek świeżych
cebula
kostka rosołowa wołowa (1-2) jeśli nie masz może być inna
śmietana 36% lub ostatecznie 18%
gałka muszkatołowa
natka pietruszki
sól
pieprz
maggi
vegeta
makaron świderki
mąka

Prepare instructions:

pieczarki myjemy i siekamy na małe części
podsmażamy na masełku (nigdy nie na oleju) z posiekaną cebulką
kostkę rosołową lub dwie rozpuszczamy w wodzie i gotujemy - ok. 400 ml - mozna dodać trochę vegety
do ugotowanego rosołu dodajemy usmażone pieczarki i wlewamy śmietanę - ok. 300 ml
dalej gotujemy na małym ogniu ciagle mieszając
przyprawiamy do smaku solą, pieprzem, gałką muszkatołową, maggi
można zmiksowac - wtedy jest krem
posypujemy natką pietruszki
dodajemy ugotowany makaron
jeśli zupka jest za rzadka dodajemy łyżeczkę mąki rozpuszczonej w wodzie

Bardzo dobra zupa. Ja również zrobiłam ją na bulionie warzywnym.

Smaczna, jednak staram się unikać zupek z kostek. Ale wyjątkowo tak na expresowo z braku czasu to można zrobić. Rzeczywiście smaczna.
